The Greater Bristol community, where awesome women unite.

Founded in 2023 in response to the NatWest Rose Report, Electra is a Bristol-based community for women in business - entrepreneurs, founders, intrapreneurs, and the people building the ecosystem around them.

We exist to:

• Connect with peers over great food and genuine conversation.
• Celebrate the brilliant female business community in the South West.
• Overcome the challenges and opportunities we're facing as we grow, scale, and exit our businesses.

Already, this community has helped women secure new roles, find board members, close investments, land new clients, and aim higher. It's a space where things actually happen.

🙋 The community

Electra is designed specifically for female entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs (entrepreneurial women in a larger business environment). All our events have three foundations - no pitching, two feet (move when you want), and no more than two people from a single organisation.
